About the Blog
This blog is an experiment in writing. After having (unsuccessfully) tried to put a novel into words for more than two years, the author resorted to the method of blogging (which he has been doing successfully over at Wanderlust) to finally get down to writing it. The idea is to blog a short portion of the novel (about 500 words) each day. The hope is that eventually he will have enough words to machine into a workable novel. As with all blogging, the freedom to write without a plan, to get away with lousy writing and to write in short bits supposed to help him get over the psychological barriers of novel writing.
